1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 4-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard shipping options at checkout.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UK, Northern Ireland & Ireland Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
3. Order Tracking
Small parcels will have tracking attched when dispatched, larger palletised items like bin stores and wall panels will be palletised and a delivery slot will be arranged by the freight forwarder directly with the client.Β
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@innest.uk within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
